Michelle Kowalsky is a librarian at Rowan University. As a former LIS instructor and school library media program coordinator, she trained new and experienced librarians in New Jersey for more than 20 years. She is a recent winner of the NJLA Research Award -- with John Woodruff, Director of the Academic Success Center and Disability Resources -- for their ALA Editions book _Creating Inclusive Library Environments: A Planning Guide for Serving Patrons with Disabilities_.
