Coding Unplugged: Using Books and Activities to Excite Children About Computer Science

Children are learning how to code as early as preschool. With such an abstract activity, children need some context. This presentation will show how children’s books can be used to introduce students to the foundational building blocks of computer programming. We’ll also do some entertaining and exciting unplugged activities together.
